FOUNDER
EVERY FRAME
BEGINS WITH AN IDEA
Vladimír Hučko was already drawing bicycle frames with a pencil at the age of twelve. Back then he had no idea that years later he would stand behind a brand building its own frames in Slovakia.
In 2004, Devilwork was founded in a small garage near Banská Bystrica by Dušan and Vladimír Hučko. From day one it was never about assembling ready-made bikes — it was about our own design, our own production, and our own path.
The first frame was built in 2005. A year later came the first customer. Every new frame was a step forward — an experience that shaped the brand's further development.
When the time came to move on, Devilwork became Devonic. The name changed, but the essence stayed the same — design and build bicycles without compromise, with a focus on function, quality, and honest craft.
Today, after more than twenty years, Devonic is the result of thousands of hours of development, building, and riding. Every frame carries a piece of a story that began with an ordinary pencil on paper.
